  • No, you do not have to be home during the cleaning as long as we have a way to access the property. Many clients provide entry instructions in advance, and we handle their home with care and professionalism while they are away.

  • Yes, pets can be in the home during cleaning as long as they are secured and do not interfere with the service. Please let us know in advance if you have pets and share any helpful instructions so we can clean safely and comfortably around them.

  • Yes, Diamond Standard Cleaning Co. is insured. We believe in providing professional, reliable service and giving clients added peace of mind when we are working in their home or property.

  • We accept debit cards, credit cards, Zelle, Apple Cash, cash, and checks. Please note that returned checks are subject to a $50 returned check fee.

  • Card payments made online are due at the time of booking. If you would like to pay with Apple Cash, please call to schedule your appointment and submit payment at the time of booking. Cash and check appointments may require a deposit to secure the appointment, and that deposit is applied toward the total balance. For cash and check payments, the remaining balance is due at the time of service before cleaning is completed. Returned checks are subject to a $50 returned check fee. If you will not be home during the cleaning, the remaining payment can be left on the counter for the cleaner.
